Questions about a specific listing

animehk is a property-search and discovery service, not the estate agent responsible for every listing shown. For availability, viewings, negotiations or information that only the advertiser can confirm, use the agent/advertiser contact information shown with the listing or the link to the original listing.

Tip: include the property reference and source URL when reporting a listing problem so we can locate it quickly.

Account management

Delete your account

If you are signed in, the quickest way to delete your account is to use the deletion control already provided in your account area:

Members: open Profile and select Delete.
Advertisers / Brokers: open Account and select Delete.

Deleting the app from your device does not by itself delete your animehk account.

Cannot access your account? If you have uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or otherwise cannot reach the in-account deletion control, use our public account-deletion page to submit a request from any web browser.

What account deletion means

Account data and limited retention

Account deletion is intended to remove personal information and preferences held specifically for the account, such as profile/contact information, account identifiers, saved listings, saved searches and notification preferences, where applicable.

Some information may need to be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes. Property facts, third-party source listings and information that exists independently of your account are not deleted simply because your account is deleted.

If you only want to stop notifications or change a preference, you do not need to delete your entire account.
