Property search and discovery

animehk provides tools for discovering, searching, comparing and saving property information. The Service may include information obtained from third-party property websites, advertisers, public sources and users or businesses that provide information directly to us.

Unless expressly stated for a particular service, animehk is not acting as the estate agent, seller, landlord, buyer, tenant, valuer, lender, lawyer or financial adviser for a property shown on the Service.

Sources, accuracy and availability

Property listings can change quickly. Prices, availability, measurements, descriptions, agent details, photographs and other information may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, inaccurate or no longer current. Information is provided for property-discovery and reference purposes and should be independently verified with the originating advertiser or other authoritative source before you act on it.

Where an original-listing link is available, the originating listing should be consulted for the advertiser’s latest information. Display of a listing or agent contact detail does not by itself imply that the advertiser is a partner of, has endorsed, or has paid animehk.

Agents, advertisers and external websites

The Service may link to third-party websites and may allow you to call, email, message or otherwise contact an estate agent, landlord, developer or advertiser. Those third parties are independent of animehk unless expressly identified as a participating partner. Your dealings with them, including viewings, negotiations, payments and contracts, are between you and the relevant third party.

Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their availability, content, security or actions.

Your account responsibilities

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and promptly tell us if you believe the account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

You may request deletion of your account using the account-deletion process. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law or address material misuse.

Using the Service responsibly

You must not use the Service to break the law, interfere with security or operation, impersonate another person or business, submit intentionally false information, harass others, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.

Our material and third-party material

The design, software, branding and original content created by animehk are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Property photographs, source-site material, agency names, trade marks and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. We do not claim ownership of third-party listing material merely because it appears in or is linked from the Service.

For non-consented aggregated listings, our presentation is intentionally limited and intended to help users discover and identify relevant properties and their originating advertisers. Enhanced or upgraded listings may contain additional content supplied or authorised by the relevant advertiser.

Copyright, correction and removal requests

If you believe listing information or material displayed through the Service infringes your rights, is attributed incorrectly, is materially inaccurate, or should no longer be indexed, please contact us with the page URL, property reference, source listing and an explanation of the issue. We may remove, disable, correct or investigate content while a request is assessed.

Advertisers and upgraded listings

Separate commercial terms, order details or plan conditions may apply to advertising, credits, enhanced listings or other paid services. Where an advertiser supplies or authorises content, the advertiser is responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary for that content to be used as agreed.

Service availability and decisions

We work to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listing, map location, estimate, search result or third-party item will be complete or error-free. Property and financial decisions should not be made solely on the basis of information displayed by the Service.

App-store terms

If you obtain the mobile application through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, the relevant store’s terms may also apply. The app-store provider is not responsible for providing animehk customer support unless required by its own terms.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The current version will be published on this page with the updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
